Designating a building in Zagazig –Sharkia by the Egyptian red crescent to handle the coronavirus cases

An entire building has been designated by the Egyptian Red Crescent in Zagazig within the alternative plan of the Directorate of Health Affairs to encounter the novel Corona virus "Covid19" and isolating suspected cases or in case of any emergencies.

The building that consists of 7 floors, 65 accommodation rooms, and can accommodate 130 patients has been fully furnished and equipped, in addition to the waiting areas that equipped with TV screens, rooms for the medical team, rooms to save, prepare and serve food, a clinic for the medical examination, a laboratory, a radiation room and a room for medical supplies and medications.

This is a part of the social responsibility of the Egyptian Red Crescent towards society and in the framework of a plan to assist the state authorities to confront the threat of the novel Coronavirus.
