Final workshop of the Humanitarian Services for Migrants Project in Egypt (AMIRA Project)

Glimpses from the first day of the closing workshop of (Action for Migrants: Route-based approach – AMiRA).
The workshop is attended by the project team from the ERC staff and volunteers, and also African community leaders how have facilitated the project’s field interventions. 
The workshop overviews the progress achieved by the project. It also tackles the challenges that faced the team during the provision of the project services (including health services, psychosocial support and social protection) for the Migrant and Refugees communities in Greater Cairo, especially during COVID-19 pandemic.
We have been honored with key note speeches from @the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and @the British Red Cross who are ERC’s main partners in the project.
We have been also graced with the presence of representatives from the leading agencies and organizations addressing the needs of Migrants and refugees in Egypt. @IOM in Egypt @UNHCR Egypt
The workshop aims to evaluate the interventions delivered by the project and to produce recommendations to provide better services for Migrants and Refugees in Egypt.
