Youth ERC participated in a training course in Denmark

The ERC joined the training of Leadership Academy, which was held in Denmark from 16 to 28 August. 32 volunteers coming from 17 countries such as Italy, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania and Ukraine representing the National Societies of the Red Crescent and Cross in their own country. The Goal of this annual training building youth cadres can assume leadership roles in national associations, especially in the field of psycho- social support. 

Ahmad Al Zoghbi Egyptian Red Crescent volunteer, who was participated in this training course, expressed that after this training, he can put a plan to negotiate with decision-makers to carry out humanitarian work. Al Zoghbi explained also, the ability to plan for summer camp youth volunteers and how to work in teamwork between volunteers coming from different cultures and religious backgrounds and ethnic. Hana Fahil Egyptian Red Crescent volunteer also participated in the training.
