Psychosocial support unit visits ERC Blood bank

The ERC psychosocial support unit visited the ERC central blood bank on Sunday 15th November.
The volunteers of the unit met with more than 20 patients and their families , the volunteers explained to them via role plays and workshops the importance of blood donation, and the recommended health condition of the blood donors.
At the end of the day the ERC volunteers presented some gifts to the patients which created an atmosphere of joy and happiness among them.
It is to be mentioned that this was the second visit since the formation of the unit in August 2015 which had a positive impact on the ERC blood bank patients.
