First training course for juniors of the Egyptian Red Crescent

With the end of the school year 2015/2016, the Egyptian Red Crescent (ERC) held the first course of the training program "Health and Safety" for children between 9 and 12. This course was attended by 18 children from different Red Crescent Branches (Junior of the ERC).
The course was held in the Egyptian Red Crescent Club in Nasr City for five days from 22 until 26 of May, 2016. Children were trained on first aid, healthy behavior, facing emergencies, environmental changes and traffic safety.
The "Health and Safety" Program aims at improving awareness of school students and raising a new generation of children who have high knowledge of basic life skills and are capable of taking care of themselves and others.
